“I’ve been using Buckeye for years and am on their annual maintenance plan which includes two “check-ups” per year (one in the spring before heading into air conditioning season and one in the fall before the cold winter months). Being on the maintenance plan also gives you priority when calling for service. Their technicians have always seemed very knowledgeable and professional. They show up at a specific time (as opposed to wide range of morning or afternoon) and give fair advice.” – Chris K.
“I called Buckeye yesterday morning because our furnace had stopped working. Yeah, that fancy Nest thermostat on my wall looks pretty cool, but it doesn’t do me much good if the furnace its attached to has went on strike. I called Buckeye first thing in the morning, and they had someone out within 2 hours. The repairman had the system working within 15 minutes. He took the time to explain what was wrong, and suggested something I could try before calling in the future, so I could save some $! Way cool. The bill was very fair, basically just the trip charge. Now my furnace works. And my Nest thermostat no longer stares forlornly out at the living room, searching for purpose in life. Everyones happy.” – Josh H.

“My AC died last week, and I ended up calling Buckeye because they had an A rating on Angie’s List and they were the only ones who could come out by the following day (my regular place and everyone else I called were near the end of week. This was the week before July 4th and the house was quite balmy.) Sadly, my old system had a repair that was too expensive/not worth it so I ended up buying a completely new HVAC through Buckeye. The sales manager came out the same day, looked at my current system and explained all the options. From my research, the price was fair.
